Export your blog

When you back up your blog, you get an .json file of your posts:

1. Log into your Ghost blog, yourblog.ghost.io/ghost/signin.
2. Click Labs under the settings menu.
   
3. Click the Export button to generate the .json file.
   
4. Save the file to your computer.
